But the absolute best thing about The Hallway is the noise. One minute it will be quiet with hardly a sound. Then, BOOM! Teachers will be screaming and students will be laughing. Smiles will be shining everywhere. That's when I know that The Hallway is fun and The Hallway is just where I want to be!  The best thing about the hallway is that one minute it can be really quiet then next thing you know the teachers are yelling at one another. What gets it really loud is when Mr. Mcguire jumps in and mixes everything up. Just leave it to him to get them fired up. The teachers yell louder and all the kids start laughing. The teachers are always picking on each other. Mrs. Huysman loves the Michigan team and the rest of the teachers don't so if the two teams are about to play or just finished a game they pick on the teacher with the loseing team which is almost always Michigan. I love the Saltcreek hallway and I am glad I get to walk through it sevral times a day five days a week. The Saltcreek hallway is the place to be. Drama, happiness and more, the Saltcreek hallway has it all. |

The best part of Salt Creek is "THE HALLWAY"! The best part of The Hallway is it is fun. You never know what might happen next. You never know when things are going to get crazy. You always know that people are going to be in a good mood. You always know that you will be with people you like. The teachers make this a great place. Mrs. Webb is always ready to help with anything. No matter what the problem or question, she is quick to get along. Mrs. Huysman shows up every day with that big smile. It doesn't make a bit of difference what is going on, she is smiling at people. Mrs. Hardin is wacky. She is always joking around, goofing off, and ready to get on Mrs. Huysman and Mrs. Webb. And when she does, I love joining in trying to get them fired up. Mr. Roe is always somewhere close by. He is waiting with a joke and a smile. He is the youngest 70 year old I have ever seen in my life. He acts like every day is the best day of his life. He makes it better for all of us by being here. The students in the hallway are the best. Any time I pass one in the hallway, he/she always smiles and throws out a "hello" or "how's it going?" The sixth graders in the hallway work hard, but they don't complain about it. They come in, do their best, and do it with a smile. It's so amazing how helpful the students are. Any time a classmate needs help, someone is ready to lend a hand. I don't think you could find better students anywhere in the world. But the absolute best thing about The Hallway is the noise. That's when I know that The Hallway is fun and The Hallway is just where I want to be! The best thing about " THE HALLWAY" is the conflict between Mr. McGuire and The General (Mrs. Hardin). They're always yelling back and forth to each other, screaming and yelling! Just for a second it will be quite and then you here a loud roar through out THE HALLWAY. Mrs. Hardin will scream something like "My students just learned how to do word problems and what did you do Mr. McGuire?" and Mr. McGuire will scream back "We learned Compare and Contrasts and how you can't do word problems without reading because word problems are all about reading! I mean it has the word "word" in it!". There is always some yelling in THE HALLWAY. I also can't live without mentioning the students. They are a big part of THE HALLWAY, too! I mean, I'm a student. But also the students upstairs aren't like us down here! The people down here are awesome, smart, out going, and weird in their own way! And those people upstairs are not like us. And everyone here in THE HALLWAY are just different. I also love the teachers. Well it wouldn't be THE HALLWAY without the teachers. It first starts off with Mrs. Huysman and Mrs. Hardin. They start yelling and fussing and then Mr. McGuire comes in and it gets louder. Then Mrs. Webb comes in and it gets louder! At the end Mr. McGuire over yells everybody else. We switch classes. They teach. And Repeat. And if your in THE HALLWAY and reading this, you know what I mean. But if your not in THE HALLWAY, well, GOOD LUCK!! |

The best thing about our hallway is all of the teachers! The teachers are always bickering back and forth and I think Mrs.Hardin, Ms. Huysman, and Mrs. Webb always go after Mr. McGuire! But it is hilarious! Even when we are in class sometimes they go at it and everyone just looks back and forth to see what they are going to say next!
Mr. McGuire and "The General"(Mrs. Hardin) have a special bond. "The General" always yells at Mr. McGuire saying " Math is everything, everything is Math!" , then he will yell something like "Well you have to know how to read to do Math!"! But it will go on and on then Mrs. Webb and Ms. Huysman will chime in and everyone go nuts!
The hallway is the best group of teachers and students in the whole school(In my opinion!)! The hallway is the best part of the whole school!

The best part of Salt Creek is "THE HALLWAY"! The best part of Salt Creek hallways is the teachers yelling and the students smiling and laughing. When the teachers yell its so hilarious us students cant help but laughing. Mrs. Harden and all of us students bug Mrs. Huysman from being a big Michigan fan. Mr. McGuire is always bugging the teachers about being late or anything he can think of but mostly of being late. Mrs Webb just goes right back at Mr. McGuire. Mr. McGuire is always messing around with us kids to like if he is the one late then he will blame it on one of us kids. We sing in Mr. McGuire's class and if we are really quiet he will say it all someones fault because that person supposedly didn't sing. He will also always go into social studies when we are in there and make fun of us but its so hilarious. The best thing about it is you never know when they going to start yelling its all quiet other than a little bit of noise from the student then all the sudden they start yelling I mean YELLING but its funny and the do it nicely it is the funniest thing in the world you will just have to see it. |

The best thing about our hallway is the noise and everything that goes on. Everyday all four of the teachers bicker back and fourth. Mrs. Huysman is a Michigan fan and Mrs. Hardin is an Ohio state fan so they argue a lot but of course they always joke around. Mr. McGuire is always teasing on Mrs. Webb and it's really funny! One minute it's quiet and the next you can hear the teachers yelling through the hall. I just love walking in the hallway because all of the teachers always greet me and they are always in a great mood. While I walk I can feel the energy of all of the students and staff. Our hallway has clear trophy cases with trophy's and plaques from the past students that attended Salt Creek. Our hallway is very energetic and fabulous! |

The best thing about our Hallway is our teachers. Mrs. Hardin, Mr. McGuire, Mrs. Webb, and Mrs. Huysman are always messing around with each other. You'll always see them yelling back in forth in the Hallway. It's so funny! Watching them play argue makes everybody laugh. Out of all teachers, Mr. McGuire and Mrs. Hardin are always "play" arguing the most. It starts with Mr. McGuire teasing Mrs. Hardin, then she teases him back. Then all of a sudden they're arguing! Next thing you know Mrs. Huysman plays along, and just like that Mrs. Webb jumps right in! (This always happens when we switch classes). Another reason why I like our Hallway is because the teachers don't just argue to be funny, they're also very nice. Mrs. Hardin is just really funny and you never know what she'll do next. Mrs. Huysman is always smiling and putting people in a good mood. Mrs. Webb is so nice and is always making jokes about Mr. McGuire. Last but not least is Mr. McGuire, Mr. McGuire is always teasing all of the teachers and makes the class laugh a lot. I think our Hallway is awesome! My teachers make our Hallway enjoyable, and they keep everybody happy. That is why I like our Hallway!  |

The best thing about our hallway is the tradition of not stepping on the 3 rows of discolored tiles on the floor near the cafeteria. I love watching students walk through the hallway and skip over these floor tiles. I asked one student why they didn't walk on this part of the floor. He told me that if he walks on those floor tiles he would fall into a hole. I am not sure if this is the same reason other students do not walk on this part of the floor, but I enjoy watching the kids skip over these floor tiles.
I also love walking down the hallway and seeing so many joyful, smiling faces. Students and staff are so friendly. Someone always says "hello", or "how are you doing?"
I also love getting to see all of the students wearing their Logan Elm gear around school. I see so much school pride which I love!!
In addition to the students and teachers being so friendly, the students do a great job of keeping their voices at a reasonable level. Kids are interacting with one another, but if an adult ever needs their attention, they always stop and listen right away. Keep up the good work Salt Creek Students.

I think the best thing about this hall way is everything. I really like all the teachers and some of my friends from last here in here to, but some are not, but I still see them sometimes. I also like they way Mrs. Hardin and and Mr. McGuire have a "special" bond. They fight and argue but still are friends.
Most people I don't really know in this hallway, but some people I do know, and sometimes, just sometimes, I talk to people who are at the same place as me a lot. I think that makes this school interesting. The students here are funny, rowdy, and fun to be with. I also like the teachers to. They do a lot for us in this hallway.
Whats really great about this hallway is that it's part of a great school. This school is old so, this hallway is like history! It's like standing on a dinosaur bone! This school is ancient to me. This hallway is one of the best hallways I have been in. I have even been in a ton of hallways, but this one is my favorite!

The best about the hallway I think is the teachers. All the teachers are always ready for action. Like if something comes up the teachers are already ready for what ever it is. Something else that is good about the hallway is what else the students . The students make the hallway fun and exiting to be in. Every comes in with a smiling face ready to start the new day. All I what to do is thank all the teachers for making the hallway the be ast part of the school. |

:)I like the hallway, because everyone is so nice in the hallway, its like all the bad stuff at school just disappears.Everyone is welcome to join on on a conversation, and no one is left out. We are all just happy.
Mr.McGuire right after I get out of his class, he picks on me. I have known Mr.McGuire for a long time and we always mess around with each other. We will laugh about it, that is one thing I love about the hallway, getting to joke around with Mr.McGuire.
The teachers in the hallway always tell us to be quiet in the halls, when they are the ones yelling. Of course they are they are just joking with each other, mainly because one is an Ohio State fan, and one is a Michigan fan.But it makes all of us students laugh, they always talk of playing pranks on each other.
I love all the laughter in the hallway, it just brings a smile to everyone's face, even our very shy people laugh, and smile. We all laugh and have a good time in the hallway, like it is our own little party.
That's why I like the hallway so much.

The best thing about the hall way is the noise. When teachers say something funny a lot of the kids start to laugh and the rest of the kids are like all confused and sometimes I am a little bit of both  . But the other best part about the Hallway is the memories! One of the memories in the hallway is when we all walk down this hallway we think of the all the funny moments we had last year and doing them again this year ! |

The best thing about our hallway is that you never know when something going to happen. The hallway is a great place to be because it's always has some kind noise in hallway. The noise can be from the staff or the students. The hallway always has a teacher yelling at each other. The teachers are always yelling down the hallway every day at anytime. The students always laugh at what every they're yelling about.
The teachers are always picking on each other about something. Ms. Huysman favorite team is Michigan and the other three teachers always picking on about that. But Ms. Huysman always gets back at them one way or another. Mr. McGuire always pick on her about everything but Ms. Huysman always has a smile.
The Saltcreek hallway is the best place to in school. I'm glad that everyone get's to walk through the hallway several times a day five days a week. The Saltcreek hallway is where you can experiences happiness, drama, jokes and laughs. You will never know when somethings going to happen next in the hallway. The hallway is the best thing in all of Saltcreek.
