How do I decide what to write about? Well I have to think a lot, but I guess ideas just come to me. I right them all down then knock them off until I'm down to two, them pick which one I like best.Sometimes I pick things that I liked from all kinds of different books then put my own spine on it.
If I'm telling about me then whatever the topic is I just pick the first story that comes to mind. But if later I think of a better one then I pick that one, but if I have a lot of work done than I just stay with that story.

I decide what to write about by trying to think in my mind. And whatever I think is good I write it down.

Well first I start thinking what would I write to make me happy and others. So I think of a good story from my past or even made up and I start writing and then when I get my story going I start writing some more and then finally I run out of things to write about and I stop but then when I post it I usually think of some more to write about and make it better and it really gets me mad.

When I think what to write about I always think about it the day before or I just wait a few minutes and there I have a whole page full of words and sometimes I get really out of hand and when I am done writing that I start to write a five page story and maybe I even write even more than expected. Is that crazy? Last year I wrote a very long story about a dog and a human that live together.

Hannah said: How Do You Decide What To Write About?
When I first want to write I go to a nice quiet place. Then I sit down and think about how my day went and all the things that happened. Usually I write about something that went on in the day. After I brainstorm I pick out interesting parts that went on during the day to write about.
Sometimes I will put imagination into my writing. I think that if I put imagination into my writing it makes it more interesting and exciting. If I put imagination in my writing I become more fascinated too. An example of me writing with imagination is that one time I wrote about a leprechaun whom had a pot of gold but my friends and I wanted it so we went on a search for the gold and finally stood face to face with the leprechaun.
I also decide to write when I have to write. Like at school I have to write about a question of the week. When I write about the question of the week I give lots of details and adjectives. Another time I have to write is when I have a writing assignment due. Then I write about the chosen topics for that assignment.
When I write I use lots of different resources such as the internet, books, pencils, paper, and people. The internet, books and the people are good resources because they help me think about what too write about. The pencils and the paper is a good resource because they are what I use to write with and what I use to write on.
With a nice quite place, pencil and paper I can write a fascinating story with imagination. All I need to do is brainstorm to decide what to write about. That is how I decide what to write.

I decide what to write about by just thinking about what suits my personality and my mood. Usually I think of a catchy title and see if has to do with a story I would like to write about.I write story's that are mystery's and realistic fiction because I think they suit me and I just think books like that are really cool and interesting to me.I often just think about what sounds good like I think about my story for a while before I write just to see if it sounds good enough to write about.

A must read is Warriors. Someone should read the book because it is filled with action!!! It is called the Warriors, by Erin Hunter! She is the best author I have ever heard of! I love it! Now don’t get confused with the title Warriors, it is actually about cats and their territories! Most people think it is about human warriors if they haven’t seen the cover! It has it all, from hate between clans to romance between cats.
There are six clans. There is Riverclan, Shadowclan, Windclan, Skyclan, Starclan, and my personal favorite…Thunderclan!!! Clans are like territories. And let me tell you, these cats will do almost anything to protect their clan. Even if it means risking their lives in battle. If you ask me, Shadowclan are just a bunch of mousebrains! (Mousebrains are cats with the brain the size of a mouse. ) Now, let me tell you something…these cats are NOT repeat NOT KITTY’S! There are kittypets thought. Kittypets are cats that live in twoleg houses. Twoleg houses are houses that twoleged animals live in. Twolegs are me and you, humans. All clan cats disrespect the kittypets.
These cats hate each other. But they do have one thing in common, they all want to stay away from thunder path. Thunder path is a road for monsters to go on. (Monsters are vehicles.) But if they want to get to the Moon Stone, (Moon Stone is a place where Medicine Cats go.) then they will have to pass the Thunder Path. They just need to watch out.
That is why Warriors is a MUST read book. If you read it please let me know how you like it. Thanks!!!

How do I decide what to write about? I think a lot. It usually take 5 minutes. Then I type and type. Then I go though it and see if I need to edit it.

I usually look at what other people do then I get a idea. The way I get an idea is brain storming. If you brain storm you can get a bunch of ideas. If you get an idea get it down on something because you can find what you need. Plus if you put it down you get to keep the idea if it's down because it will be right there in front of you. My mom taught me to do that to stay organized . If I get a bad idea I still put it down because I can compare to see what I can right and why it was a bad idea. Well that's how I do that.
