There are ways that I could be the main character in my book. His name is Jack and we tend to do the same things in the same situations, not like I've been in all the same situations he has but we still act the same in similar ones.
Some of the same situations that we have are when people ending up annoying us, a lot. An example of this is that when in my book people kept asking him what to do, he got really mad at them. When people interrupt me I get really mad, and people interrupt me a lot, when we have lunch the people I sit with ALWAYS interrupt me.
I could also be the main character because we have certain traits in common. Jack has at least a little bit of a sense of humor most of the time, like when he got shot in the leg by his friend by accident, he joked about something on the way to his house. I joke sometimes even when I'm sick or hurt. We can also both be kind of stubborn. When Jack gets shot in the leg he doesn't want to admit how bad it is and how bad it hurts. I get my stubbornness from my Grandpa, and I don't like saying that I'm tired or anything like that.
Another thing is that we don't like losing memories (although it happens with me a lot). When jack was in his bed and (from what you could assume was) dying. He was staring at his family photo, and Ed, who was his best friend, gave him his toy for when he was a little kid, and he died with them. I try my hardest to remember stuff, but it just doesn't happen, then I get a little sad.
That's how I could be the main character in my book.

I am like the main character in Warriors, a dangerous Path by Erin Hunter. Fire Heart the main character is bold and kind just like me. Fire Heart is bold because he is always fighting for his clan. I think I'm bold just like him because i'm always sticking up for others. The reason fighting for his clan is bold because, he is risking his life for what he believes. Like Fire Heart I believe no one should be bulled, and the people who do bully should have to go through what the people they are bullying are going through. I have some what went through hard times fighting for others. From worded fights to physical. An example of when he is bold is when he goes behind his leaders back to save the clan. He travels all the way to were Barley the loner lives to ask 1 important question the could change the clans future. After all that travailing when he finally got back he got in very big trouble, although he had saved there clan. They did not know what the question was at that time but when they found out they were rally great full. The reason i think i'm bold is because one time I stuke up for someone. They were being bulled almost everyday by different people. I helped them through the the tough times. I think telling someone that is twice your size to ''stop picking on her, if you were going through what she was would you want to be picked on''? For saying that i think i'm bold, This person was twice my size and could easily hurt me in a flash. The reason i think he is kind is because he is always helping out his clan mates. When kits go missing, he risks his live to save them. When there out of life saving herbs, he travels all the way to the kitty pet homes to get them. I think that is bold because its a really far away from his camp to the kitty pet place. I think i'm kind like Fire Heart because i'm always helping out others. From spilled sryupe in there book bag, to tripping with there tube and it going everyone I think that is at least a little kind. That's the reason i'm bold and kind like my main character Fire Heart. In my book The Blood of Olympus by Rick Riordan one of the main characters is Piper. I think I could be Piper. We both have brown hair,smartness and we are both brave under stress. If I were to go into the book I bet we would be the same height.
From the way Piper is described in the book she is brave,strong, and is very smart at finding a answer to every problem. I will most of the time have a answer to almost every problem. In the part of the book I am reading right now Piper is underneath Athens,Greece. She is leading her friends to an ambush that they all ready know about.
Piper is a little self conscious about leading her friends under Athens and about her self. I can relate to that. Most of the time I am self conscious about small things that turn out to be not such a big deal than I though it was. While I worry about the little things Piper worry's about every thing else.
An example of how we are alike is we are brave under pressure. One time piper was on board the Argo 2 (its a really big Greek war ship) and the whole crew was attacked by some crazy snow Godess. Piper was the last one standing and she was left to fend for her self. She used her charmspeak(its like a power where you tell some one to do something and they start doing it with out knowing) to confuse the Godess and her minions. I sort of did something like that. My cousins and I were playing hide and seek I was the last one standing and I was hiding in plain sight for about 10 minutes in till they finely found me.
Piper is a great main character and I can't wait to read more.

My book Heartland,Thicker Than Water's main character is Amy. Amy is brave because she is never afraid of a wild horse that rear and i'm brave because i'm not afraid of my dog's when they try and bite me. When Amy is brave she just keeps doing what's she's doing with the horse and she dose not need help unless the horse keeps rearing,when i'm brave I don't let my dog's try and bite me I pull my hand back and keep doing it. Amy does not give up until the horse stops rearing so that the horse understands not to rear anymore. I don't give up until my dogs understand not to bite me anymore.
Amy is smart because sometimes she has to think outside the box and tricks the horse and i'm smart because I think outside the box to to help train my dogs. When Amy thinks outside the box she is helping the horse learning not to rear or whatever the horse needs help with and when I think outside the box i'm helping my dogs learn not to bite or something. Amy won't stop thinking outside the box until the horse understands her and I won't stop think outside the box until my dogs understand me.
Amy never gives up on the horses she treats because she believes that a every horse that comes there can be healed from what happened in the past and I never give up on leaning trust from my dogs,it takes me forever for my dogs to trust me but that's ok. She tried to save this horse that's been stolen and abused with her mom and she did but her mom died. Amy never gave up on Spartan was the horse that they saved but she almost gave up on him,but she didn't and I saw this on the news that a dog has been abused and I wanted to help it so bad but I could not because it was in India. Amy also helped a racehorse to come over that fear of everyone and I helped My Austrian Shepherd come over the fear of my dad.
Amy is always coming up with idea's for ways to help the horse and i'm always coming up with idea's to help my dog's trust me or something. I think that Amy is helpful when she comes up with idea's and I think that i'm helpful when I come up with idea's. One time Amy was trying to help this horse and she didn't know what to do with the horse because the horse didn't respond to her and she stop and though then she knew what to do. One time I didn't know what to do to make my dog stop chewing stuff so I though and then I knew what to do. Amy and me have a lot in common, I don't think there is nothing that we both like that are different.

I am reading Sisters written by Raina Telgemeier. The main character is Raina. I could be the main character in the book. I could be like Raina because she likes traveling, and she hates snakes. One time Raina went on a trip to the zoo and her sister Amara wanted to go to the reptiles. Amara couldn't go with out an adult so Raina had to go with her. When they got to the snakes Raina ran out of the room because she was terrified of them. I like going to the zoo but when I get to the snakes I just close my eyes. I am not the only one in my family who doesn't like snakes. My dad, my grandma and my mom don't like snakes either. I remember one time when my dad went to go get bait from the creek across from our house and brought back a snake instead. It was all black. One time, Amara got a pet snake and it only ate live mice. Amara didn't know that so when Amara gave the snake a dead mouse he bit Amara instead. They went to go to take it back to the pet store and it crawled out of the bag that they put it in. It had climbed into the front seat and never came out. Raina didn't ride in the car until it was dead. A couple years later, Raina's family went on a trip to see their aunt. When they got there they stayed for a couple of days, and then they left. Two hours into their ride home they broke down in the middle of nowhere. I remember one time when my dad and I were going to softball practice and we broke down in the middle of the road. It was horrible. I was so cold because it was in the winter time. We finally got picked up by my grandpa. Raina's mom and her little brother rode with somebody to a tow truck place. Amara and Raina were left in the car by their selves while their mom and brother was gone. It was four hours later and they heard something hissing. They didn't know what it was until a snake crawled out from the front seat. They couldn't believe it but it was Amara's pet snake. I like traveling but not with snakes that is for sure. I have never had a snake in my mom's car. If there was a snake in my mom's car I would freak out. I couldn't imagine having a pet snake. They are my worst nightmare. This is how I could be the main character in Sisters by Raina Telgemeier. |

I could not be the main character in my book. I am reading The Enemy and the main character is Ollie. I am a little like Ollie because I am brave. But Ollie and me are mostly not alike.
Ollie carries around a sling shot to kill the grownups. He has killed so many grownups and some dogs. I am to kind to kill dogs but if I had to so I could. One time in the book there were dogs coming their way. Ollie, Arran and the others were ready. Ollie had his slingshot ready. As the dogs got closer Ollie got more ready. Finally the dogs were in front of them. The dogs started to make a lot of noise. So the kids did too. Ollie started garbing the pebbles and slingshots them toward the dogs.
When the kids were done fighting the dogs they decided to go to a swimming place to look for a vending machine. While they were in their they found a vending machine in the pool with food in it. The pool water was a soupy greenish-brown color with clumps of algae and weed was floting on the surface. Freak wade himself into the water. As he was close to the vending machine grownups started coming up from the pool water around Freak. Ollie grabbed some pebbles and his slingshot trying to kill the grownups around Freak.
As you can tell I could not be Ollie from the book The Enemy. I am so glad I do not have to go through the stuff he does.

I could be the main character Raina In the book Sisters by Raina Telgemeier, because she has an annoying little sister her name is Amara. Amara bugs Raina all of the time. Amara takes Raina's stuff all of the time. She took Raina's pillow before they went to bed. So Raina had to sleep with a teddy bear for a pillow.
My little sister is really annoying. She bothers me all the time. Annika takes my pillows and blankets an awful lot. Like one time I was in my room minding my on business taking a nap. I was all warm and cozy, then the next thing I know my sisters walking out of the room with my pillow and blanket.
Raina loves to listen to music and so do I. Almost every time you see her shes listing to music. She has an mp3 player.
I love to listen to music to. On the bus, while I'm doing homework. Or anytime I love music my favorite song is Forgivness by Toby Mac and Lecree.
Now you know how I could be the main character in my book Sisters.

In my book, The Maze Runner, my main character is Thomas. Thomas and I are brave. Thomas and I also try hard to become who we want to become and Thomas and I had fears that we beat.
Thomas is brave by going into the griever hole and typing in the code to kill the maze. Most people would've ran away from the grievers and would not save the maze. I am brave also. I am brave because I can ride every ride at king island without getting scared. This summer when I wen't I rode the new roller coaster, The Banshee. I was scared at first but when I was going up the hill I felt so good then the coaster went strait down and did some crazy loops. When the ride was over I could ride every ride at kings island without getting scared.
Thomas and I had fears that we do not have anymore cause we faced them. When Thomas first entered the glade he was very scared of the grievers. When he was running towards the griever hole we faced a Griever and he killed it! That's how he got over his fear of the grievers. This relates to me because when I went to Kings Island a few year back I rode my first Roller Coaster,The Vortex I was so nervous at first but when I rode it I could ride it for days without getting scared.
Thomas and I try hard to become who we want to become. Thomas was elected as a runner. Thomas really want to become one but first he has to be trained my Mihno If he wants to become a runner. I try hard to become who I want to become. I want to become a football player. I practice with my cousins and I can play football at school. I also practice by myself at home to become a football player.
Thomas and I have stuff in common like we try hard to become who we want to become. Thomas and I also are brave and we get over fears. Is your character like you?

In my book, Diary of a Wimpy Kid: The Long Haul, Greg is the main character. Greg and I could be the same person. When he was at a water park, he thought the Beardos (The father has a huge beard) took their key to a safe that his parents put their things in. Greg thought that because when Mr. Beardo came out to see why his son was crying after Greg yelled at his kids because they were going crazy in the hotel. But when they got home, Greg had the key all along in his trunks. I always do something like that very often. Like one time my family went to Myrtle Beach for vacation for a week. I could not find my Ipod all week. we were looking everywhere. In our room, our luggage, everything. When we went home after our trip, my Ipod was still charging. Greg and I also can't be the same person. Greg has an older brother that get him on his last nerves. Rodrick, his oldest brother, plays pranks on him. When Greg and his family were at the water park Soak Central, Rodrick played a prank on him. Rodrick suggested that him and Greg play hide - and - seek, but the pool was packed with people. Greg said to make it fair, the hider couldn't go underwater. So, Rod got a paper place mat and said that to prove that the hider did not go underwater. Greg volunteered to be the first hider. But Greg did not know that Rodrick had written something on the mat. It said, " I am not wearing a bathing suit". Greg was humiliated when everyone in the pool left when they saw the sign. I have a sister that is the complete opposite. She is one of the most nicest people in the world. We both like video games and play them together. I spend the night at her apartment. She also has a great personality. That is it for this post. Greg and I can be the same person and cannot. |

I am reading Skeleton Creek Cross Bones!I would not be a good Ryan because Ryan goes in to places with ghosts in them' and I would not go into them kind of places! Also I have never had a broken leg or bone in my life! He also listens to a GIRL I mean A GIRL! Unlike him I don't take order from a girl! I don't see why any man would listen to a girl!
And also not to say about all of the haunted houses! Never in my life would I go in to a haunted house! And not to mention he risks his like every day! And he also dose it behind the towns peoples back! They also tell him don't go looking you wont come back!
One time they went into the woods at night looking for this one guy that lost his leg by a rock cruncher! they found a cabin out in the woods and they heard it (step drag step drag) then they saw him a dead old ghost skeleton! If I was in his shoes I would have been out of there faster than a cheetah! Like when I was at my friends house we where playing tag and she saw me and I took off like a bat out heck and I tried to jump over a big creek and I just barely got my foot wet but on the other hand she got soaked so we all had to go inside so that she didn't turn into an icicle!

A few ways I could be Thomas is that he stands up for his friends and never gives up. I can relate to that when I was playing football we were down 14 points but I made a block for my teams Runningback so he could make a touchdown and that was what he did.An example for Thomas was he was in the maze all alone with Alby and Minnho and he had to save them somehow so he tied Alby up on the wall and went to find Minho.

I the book Hatchet could I be Brian the main character in Hatchet I think I can because when Brian woke up from the crash he toke cover by this curved rock and built a wall out of sticks and a roof out of levees and mud. So he could sleep the night and rest . One day I was out hunting last year for deer. and I was freezing and I was tired of walking. So I got up next to some trees and I sat four hours and I was falling asleep .It got really cold and rainy So I got some levees to keep the rain off me.

I could not be like him because, Anakin grew up on a planet in the outer rim called Tatooine. It is a hot and dry planet that has many dangers. I grow up on Earth. But there are dangers here as well. It also gets hot here to but on Totooine it is hot all year around.
When Anakin and his friend Wald went to go shoot rats they got lost and encountered a Krayt dragon but they was rescued by Obi-Wan. This is just one example of the dangers on Tatooine. A example of dangers here is, there are Mountain lions and bobcats in the woods

I could be Aidon because he is always running from the cops, I can relate because at recess my friends and I play dodge ball and Its kind of the same thing.
