The main character in my book or series The 39 Clues, is Amy,she is like me because she sometimes is shy. But she also has a soft heart and cares for her little brother Dan.Dan is also reminds me of my life because my older brother (Jacob) is like that he always joking around and being mean too his sister like my brother. But deep down inside he cares for us and has a soft heart just like Dan.In the book Amy and Dan go through many challenges and obstacles but they overcome all of them. What is crazy though is they are just kids and have to go through their parents death and Graces their grandmother.Still they haven't gave up with all they have been through.
One example of how Amy is like me is ,her brother Dan,got in a yugo which is a car in my book and set of the car and it started rolling down a big hill.Where there was a car that had a bomb hocked to it and he didn't know how to stop it all long he meant to do it she mad at him when she found out, actually furious. For him scaring her half-to-death.Then,he explained why he did it she was still mad at him though she felt better.
Now, do you get that the main character in the book is like me.
I read this book called English Roses,it's one of my favorite books. The main character in this book is Nicole she live in London. She has a group of friends called the English Roses. They are all in the sixth grade and are 11 years old they have a new talent show and they are getting ready for it.
Well Nicole went on vacation and met a new friend and that friend's dad is a movie dictator. That new friend's dad is coming to Nicole's hometown to do a movie.
Another example from the book is that the group of girls have been trying to get along with the new friend. They have no time to rehearse the number for the talent show.
This is an exciting book. If you love dramas you will love this book. Will Nicole pick her group or the new friend? You will never know if you don't read!
Kyleigh this sounds like a really good book for you because your always doing pageants and things like that. This sounds like a really girly book. I may have to check it out sometime. I love your writing it's amazing I cant wait to see some of your other posts. Keep up the good work!
In the book Game Changer the main character is KT Sutton.KT Sutton and I are alike because....... We both play softball and have the same attitude.
KT Sutton plays softball like I do. Well she got hurt really bad where she couldn't play any more. KT Sutton was so mad so upset that she couldn't concentrate when she was in the hospital, because she knew she wouldn't be able to play softball. I would be so worried to if i couldn't play. Softball is my life basically, because I play 24-seven. I always practice have games like on the back of my softball shirt it says "there's no place like home" you know like home plate.
Well later KT Sutton is having a hard time not playing. Being so hurt can't concentrate I wouldn't be happy if I got hurt and had to miss a year of softball.
Later on KT Sutton starts having the best attitude around I would do the exact same. Just keep a good attitude and go with the flow.
Hey I'm not trying to be rude but you have an I that is not capsized. But other than that your writing is amazing! I think this is the perfect book for you because your always playing softball and you really enjoy it. I think I might have to check this book out it sounds really cool. Keep up the good work!
The main character from my book is like me because she is crazy. Always getting into trouble. Talking back. Having attitude. Yelling at her little brother. Well Amamda has a little brother like me that she is always yelling at. The only thing that we don't have in conman is that my parents are not together like hers.
Amanda is always driving her mom crazy to go to friends house or have someone stay with her. That is what i'm always doing. I'm always bugging my mom if someone can stay the night with me. We also both have a really big mouth!
Amanda and I both are not a girly girl! But we still both like to go out and have fun with our friends. Amanda and I are not exactly the same but we don't have all things in conman.
Skeleton Creek by Patrick Carman ( really good book I would recommend reading it ). The reason I think Sarah Fincher is like me because she is adventurous, different than most people, and she likes solving things. That's the reasons I think that Sarah is like me, were not that much alike but there's some similarities but not that much.
My book is Guys Read Thriller written by M.T.Anderson, Patrick Carman, Gennifer Choledenko, Matt Dela Pena, Margaret Peterson Hadixx, Bruce Halle, Jerrett J. Krosoczka, Anthony Horowitz , Walter Dean Myers and James Peterson. I think I am like Benny because he has a wishing machine and he thinks that his wishing machine is real and I had this wishing machine and I thought it was real when I was little because I would write down what I wanted and one night before X-mas I wished for this toy car. So my mom found a toy car that I never played with and thought I wouldn't remember it and I didn't. The next morning I looked up and saw it. I yelled and said " It worked!!!!" She only did a couple of times but I still remember that day like yesterday.
The book I am reading is the third book in the Maze Runner series The Death Cure. The main character in my book is called Thomas. Thomas is helpful and adventures. Like in the first book Thomas steps into the maze just to save his two friends when the doors are going to close and going to lock in the maze till dawn when the doors open again. A little bit about Thomas is that he always asks questions and sometimes people don't even no the answer.
I did not think I had much in coman with Thomas untill now that I thought about it but to get on track. I can relate to that because I was begin helpful when I helped my friend who sits beside me in language arts class. I don't ask that many questions but I do ask a little bit of questions.
The book I am reading is called Divergent. It is by Veronica Roth. The main character is called Tris but her real name is Beatrice. In this story she is 16 year old. She has to pick a group called a faction. Basically the world is divided into these groups and when you are 16 you must pick one. I think I am like Tris because I am nice and have manners like she does. She is brave and isn't afraid to do the things she needs to do. I am not afraid to talk to someone even a grown up, I'm not afraid to do that. Tris has a brother and so do I. I really like this book and cant wait to find out how I am more like her.
This week's assignment is to describe the main character of a book and tell how he/she is like you.
Hatchet by Gary Paulsen is one of my favorite books. The main character is thirteen year old Brian Robeson. He is stranded in the wilderness with no help. He faces many obstacles, with one of the biggest being facing the fear inside himself.
Until this summer I never thought that I had that much in common with Brian. When we were in Michigan's Upper Peninsula with our beagles, I had an unfortunate event that quickly gave me a lot of understanding for what Brian faced. Our beagles were running in the swamp when wolves attacked and killed eight of them. Several were close to the truck and I found them with their tracking collars in a few minutes.
Two of the beagles were about 450 yards deep in the swamp. As I was tracking one dog, a huge, dark, gray wolf came within 40 yards of me. I didn't have a gun and was defenseless against this blood-thirsty wolf right in the middle of his killing spree. I screamed at him and luckily he took off through the swamp. My heart was beating so hard it felt like it would jump out of my chest. I have never felt fear so much as facing this wolf right in the middle of his massacre.
There is a scene in Hatchet where Brian is faced with a bear attack. I thought I could understand his feelings when I first read the book. Now, I really know what it is like to face a wild animal with no means of defense. I realize now how lonely and scared Brian must have been at that moment when he knew his life was in jeopardy.
Because of Winn-Dixie by Kate DiCamillo is by far one of my favorite books! It's about a girl named Opal. She lives with her dad because her mother left her when she was a kid. She finds a dog at the Winn-Dixie Supermarket and names him Winn-Dixie. She has many adventures with him and they have a very close friendship.
I didn't think I would ever be like Opal, she lost her mom and I have my mom. Her dad's a preacher and my dad's a fifth grade math teacher. But last summer I found something in common. We both found good friends.
Last summer I came in from outside and my mom called me to the dinning room. She said one of her friends had found a stray cat at her house at Buckeye Lake. And she says she (the cat) needs to find a home because at the lake many homeless people sell them to Pitt-Bull trainers (Pitt-Bull trainers are people who buy cats and use them to train to fight dogs which would kill the cat).
So my mom called her friend and said that we would take them and take care of them. As soon as we got them they were super skinny and scared so I game them food and water. Then after a few weeks they were really sweet and soft. And now I love my cat Jessie and she loves me, too!
There is a part in Because of Winn-Dixie when she finds the dog and gives him a bath and brushes him out. She finds out that the dog has many blotches of bold spots on him. She feels bad for the dog but that's what makes him special. Then they start became best friends!
My book is Password To Larkspur Lane. The main character is Nancy Drew. Nancy Drew is an 18 year old detective.
Nancy Drew is a lot like me because she is great at figuring things out! Another thing me and Nancy have in common is we both are very caring people and put others before ourselves!!!!
In the beginning of The Password To Larkspur Lane Hannah Gruen and Nancy Drew are outside picking flowers when suddenly a plane looks like it is getting ready to crash and a wounded pigeon comes crashing to the ground!!! Nancy went racing to the wounded pigeon and started caring for it. That is exactly what I would do!! I know I am a pet lover and I think Nancy is too!!!!!
Another thing me and Nancy have in common is we both love helping people with their problems they may have!!!!!! One more thing me and Nancy have in common is we both love mysteries!!!!!
I think that I will grow up to be just like Nancy Drew!!!!!

The way that he is really like me is Luther is very very sneaky because cops could catch him doing something and then he would be gone right after they seen him.
This week's assignment is to describe the main character of a book and tell how he/she is like you.
Liam Bergstrom from the book Boxout is like because we both like to play basketball. We both cant stay away from basketball. A way me and Jackie Robinson from the book Jackie Robinson is alike is we both play baseball, we both can play infield and outfield. A way me and Roberto Clemente from the book Roberto Clemente are alike is we both play baseball.
A way me and Jeremy Lin from the book Linspired and I are alike is we both play basketball and we both can play the point guard position. A way me and Amar'e Stoudemire and I are alike from the book Stat is we both like to play basketball and we both help our Dad 's with their landscaping.
And those are some ways the main character from books I have read are like me.
