Describe a decision made by the main character. If you were in his/her shoes what decisions would you make in the same situation? How would it be similar? How would it be different? How would your actions change the story? Be sure to add specific details to support your comments.
One of the problems my main charter has is that she was trying to get away from the CRU and they caught her and Pegasus, Diana, Joel and Steve. Emily the main character has a broken ankle and she is in the hospital and Agent J is asking her questions and he thinks she is not telling the truth and he was squeezing her leg to get her to tell the truth but she is. What I would do if I was her and he was squeezing my leg to get me to answer questions I would use any of my surroundings to hit him and make him fall down so I could get him to stop squeezing my broken leg and call for help. Even though I am to ill to get up I will try my best to get up and find Pegasus so I could get on his back and get out of the hospital. I would find Diana and Joel and have them try to distract people so we could all get out of the hospital and since we were on a island I would have everyone get on Pegasus if he can even hold that much and we would fly off the island and try to get out of town. That is what I would do if I was in my characters shoes.
In Allegiant Tris (The main character) went in the science lad to save her brother from dying she took his place (Caleb) because the people of the city were going to give the population the memory swipe serum. Now I think that it was a bad decision because she totally forgot about Tobias (Her Boyfriend) and he was totally devastated.
If I was in her shoes I would have let Caleb go in the Lab because in Insurgent Caleb went against me. So he would learn his lesson and I would get payback. The way it would be different is because Tobias can come back and love me and we would live happily forever! The story would change because Tobias would probably marry me and love me happily ever after!
Hello and today I will be talking a about a whole bunch of stuff like a action, and if I was going through what he/she was going through by the way the book is Big Nate In Class By Himself. So with further ado lets get in to the story if I was doing what the main character was doing.
So if I was in Nate shoes I would wait hold up let me tell you what happened. So what happened was Nate was looking through a spy glass and saw his buddy studying so he flipped out. Then he try to find his notebook but he could not find it so he rote a note. But you guys know notes can delay a test. So he try to forage a doctors note.
Sorry guys but I have deadline but I will finish the rest of the story. so would I do that well I would NOT ever do that because if you you got caught you would get expelled and have to do even more work and that is my story. would you do it?
I think that what I did was going to change the story a lot because he would get a bad grade and that effects the whole story. and that is all I have to write so hope you guy's stay tuned for my next story. also as always have a nice day.
We'll Beatrice (Tris) we'll the part I am at is that Four or whatever she is sitting and Four comes over and they are at lunch I think because it is very Confusing. Anyway Four walks pass her and if that was my shoes I would be worried because you don't know what is going to happen so I would just go to the bathroom for about 5 or 10 mins I don't know though .
In my book the character hurts his leg really bad in football. He goes to the hospital and they say that they do not think he will be able to play football ever again. When he heard that he went crazy and started yelling at the doctor. He ended up keep playing. Everything that he did I would have done the same thing. Literally I probably would have done the exact same thing if someone told me I would not be able to play football again.
There's a place in Harry Potter and Prisoner of Azkaban where Harry had to a chance to go to a witch and wizard town. But he had to have a permission slip signed but his muggle aunt and uncle would not sign it. the next day his other aunt was there and he blew her up and he ran away. While he was walking a night bus picked him up and took him to Diagon alley. He stayed there until it was time to head to school in 5 weeks. When he got there he asked the teacher if he could just go to the wizard and witch town. she said no.
If I was Harry I would of kept asking. It would be different if he did that because he would be in big trouble. It would change bye he would probably be in detention.
My book is Evil Star and one of the decisions made by my main character, Matt is he has a choice rather or not to go to a battle at a compound where they are channeling a fake star /satellite to unlock a gate to let the most evil force into the world. He decides to go to help in the battle. If I was Matt I would go to the battle but unlike him I would come armed with weapons. He went empty handed I would have brought weapons as he didn't. And how my decision would be similar is Matt and I would be going into battle both. How my decision is different is though he couldn't help himself if somebody tried to attack him but I could fight back that's how our decisions are different. And the way the story would be different is Matt could go in there and protect himself instead of just about getting shot he could have fought back and have a better chance with the Old Ones that is how the story could change. That's what decision I would make how it would be similar and how it would be different.
A decision made by the main character is that. Xander made a decision by going and saving his brother from a portal. If I were in Xander's shoes the decision I would make is in the situation is that I would go and get an adult and go with them to save him. It is similar because I would go and save David too, but with a adult. How would it be different is because well I would go and get a adult. How would my actions change the story is because I would and get somebody who knows were they are going. Xander did not know where he was going!
I'm reading I.Q. The main character, Q made a decision were he decided to leave his dad (that he hasn't saw in over a year) so they could keep tracking the terrorist. I probably wouldn't of left my dad. I would of stayed with him if I hadn't saw him in a long time. My actions would of changed the situation. They wouldn't of get the presidents daughter back and Makayla wouldn't of got in with the ghost cell. She may of even got killed.

My main character in my story is Grandpa. Grandpa is helping his grandson, Matt. Matt is helping his best friend Aman. Aman is from another country. They won't let Matt in because he is a kid. So he asked his Grandpa to help him save Aman from this prison like structure he and his mom are trapped in because they are getting deported back to their home country.
Grandpa is helping Matt by going in the prison place to ask Aman some questions. When Grandpa got in he was stopped at the gate inside to get a pat down and to make sure he had nothing on him. But when they found out he had a monopoly. The officer said he was not aloud to have that. They also said he is very lucky because they MIGHT bring it in later after it has been checked.
Grandpa was walking down the hall, looking for Aman and his mother. While he was walking down the hall he saw a bunch of people with visitors and then he reached two people a boy and a woman. Then he realized who they were, and walked over to them.
After talking, an officer walked over to them and handed them the monopoly game. Aman's eyes lit up with delight as the officer said just this once. And Grandpa and Aman opened it super quick and set it all up. And in the lick of split they were playing it.
when Aman drew a card it read "Go Strait To Jail" he started laughing and told Grandpa what it said. Aman said " Go to jail, when I am in here." An officer came over and said you are disturbing the others. He looked at her and said "So, we're not aloud to laugh? Is that is? I mean out of all places, this should be the place kids need to laugh." And the officer walked away.
if I were in my characters shoes, I would have said the same thing. But when she walked away I would have said, "Hang on, I am not done." And then I would have said " why can't we laugh in here? Because kids need to laugh. It is a natural thing in life that everyone does" and then I would have fake coughed and said "except you." And then " what are you going to do, kick me out, that will break the kids heart. I mean, you don't want a report, do you? " and then I would start laughing. That is what I would do if I were in my characters shoes.
I forgot my book on Friday so I decided to read one of my brothers books from the book fair. In my book (Ghost buddy) Billy the main character has to show a special skill for his class contest and he thinks no one will vote for him because everybody calls him a geek and a nerd and ever bad name you can think of. But what his classmates doesn't know is that he has a Ghost friend to help him. He found this Ghost in his new house he just moved in to and they became best friends from the moment they met. Billy is trying to find something that hoover (the ghost) can do that will help him win the class contest. Then he remembers hoover can read minds. The next day at the contest he has hoover read everybody's mind and tell him what they are thinking of and he pulled it off, everybody was so surprised and they all voted for him he became the most popular kid in school after that. But he starts hanging out with everybody else except hoover and if he's not careful hoover might leave Billy on his own with no help no cheating and no more mind reading.
If I was in Billy's shoes I wouldn't of left hoover and started hanging out with other kids in school in stead of his ghost friend hoover especially after hoover is the one that helped Billy become popular and act like he is mind reading to help him win the contest. I wouldn't of took hoovers power for granite and used him to become popular.
The book is The Death Cure when Newt gives Thomas a note and tells Thomas a note and tells him to open it when the time is right. When Thomas and his friends go back to their berg they search for Newt while they are searching Minho finds a note. They found a few of the people they call red shirts and they said that they took him to the crank palace. They got to their berg and went there. When they got there the guards would not let them in. So Jorge had to bribe they guards to get in. The guards lead the way to the center of town. The guard ask them what he looks like and the guards go out to find him. They tell them that he does not want to see them. Thomas asks them were he is and they go out there and find him. After they leave Thomas open the letter and it says if you were my real friend you would kill me.
If I was Thomas' shoes I would have opend the letter when they could not find Newt in the berg and told Minho. When they went to crank palce I would have killed Newt because he wanted that to happen insted of later in the book. It would be similar because Thomas and I would have opened the insted of not opening at all. It would be different because I would open the letter before they went to the crank palace and would have killed Newt there because that is what he wanted. My action would change the story because when Thomas would have killed Newt all the cranks would have chased them till the reached the berg and when newt would have tackled Thomas and almost killed him later in the book that would not have happened.
In my book Shiloh the main character faces a big decision. He has to make a decision to either tell his mom and dad or don't tell them about a dog. The family could not afford another mouth to feed. If I was in his shoes I would tell my mom and dad so I don't have to worry about getting in trouble. The same thing about me and my character is that we both want to help the dog, but the difference is that I would tell my mom and dad about the dog. The book would be different because the main character would tell his mom and dad about the dog and they might help him.
Howdy everybody, today I will describe a decision that the main character in my book made and then I will put myself in his shoes and if I would do anything different and if I did something different how my choose change the story. By the way The book that I am reading is Shoeless Joe and Me. Enjoy
One decision that my main character(Joe) made in my book is, traveling back to 1919 and try to talk Shoeless Joe(Plays for the White Sox) out of accepting the money to blow the world series game against the Cincinnati Reds so the people that where paying Shoeless Joe to blow the game could bet on the reds and boat loads of money.
If I where Joe's shoes I wouldn't have tried to back to 1919 because what is in the past is in the past. I would not try to mess with history because something you change in the past can effect the future. Just a little thing like giving somebody a high five when it wasn't invented yet could make a big difference in the future.
I think what I choose to do would change the story a lot because If I would have choose to leave the story the way it was then I probably would have done something stupid and messed up the future a lot and that would not have been a good thing. So you guys are probably glad I can't travel back in time cause I would probably mess up the future very very bad.
Well that's all I got for today and make sure to tune in for my next post which probably won't be long because we will probably have another snow day . Oh I almost forgot to say have a nice day.
