What did you enjoy most about D. A. R. E.? What's one thing that you've learned about D. A. R. E.? What's something you'll always remember about D. A. R. E.?
The thing I enjoyed most about D. A. R. E. is that each letter stands for something like the letter D stands for Drugs, A stands for Abuse, R is for Resistance, E is for Education. I really like the definition for each word because it's such a small word but it can mean so much that sometimes I don't even realize how much it means until I learn about it and think about how much it means.
One thing I've learned from D. A. R. E. is that drugs and alcohol are worse that what I ever thought they would be. After hearing about everything that happens to people and how it just pretty much ruins your life give me a second thought about drugs and alcohol. I feel like now that I've learned so much more about all of this I don't ever want to even think about doing drugs expect for the ones my Doctor prescribes me.
Something that I'm always going to remember about D. A. R. E. is how much Deputy Thomas cares about all of the children and even the adults and he's just trying to point out how bad things are and if you do it what the consequences are if you do all the bad things that your not suppose to do.

D.A.R.E. What is it? What about it is the best thing? What have I learned? What will I remember?
What I have learned at D. A. R. E. is well I already knew that drugs and alcohol is bad for you but I have learned what D. A. R. E. stands for witch is Drugs Abuse Resistance Education. I have also learned how to solve situations better. You define the problem assess it resolve then evaluate it and see if you made a good choice or not. And that has helped me in some situations.
One example that it has helped me in is my grandma wanted me to stay all night but my sister wanted me to say home. First I had to define the problem witch I just did the I have to assess the problem. So I either go to my grandma's or go stay with my sister. Resolving time I decide to go to my grandma's . Evaluate I think I made a good choice because I had fun and I got to see my grandma and I still get to see my sister everyday.
What I enjoy most about D. A. R. E. was getting to put the goggles on that make your vision bury like if you were just on a low level of drunk. While having the goggles on we would have to walk on a fake bridge without falling into the lava. Then deputy Thomas would through a base ball at you and see if you could catch witch I couldn't but that was still the funniest thing about D.A. R. E. so far.
One thing that I will remember about D.A.R.E. is when deputy Thomas said "Draw the things that you like to do when your stressed." And one boy put playing catch with his dog and deputy Thomas said that his dog looked like a alligator.
Well now you know about D. A. R. E.

What did you enjoy most about D. A. R. E.? What's one thing that you've learned about D. A. R. E.? What's something you'll always remember about D. A. R. E.? What I enjoy most about D.A.R.E. would be when we got to put those goggles that make you see what it would be like to look around when your drunk. I also enjoyed when we walked on the tape bridge and had to try to catch the tennis ball that was fun. One thing I learned is that when you smoke cigarettes that tare builds up in your lungs and it can cause cancer. Also that cigarettes make your teeth yellow and makes your skin wrinkle over time. Something that I will always remember about D.A.R.E. would be the fun that I have had.D. A. R. E. is awesome when it's Wednesday I wake up and say oh yeah we have D. A. R. E. yes!!! It's fun all the time always a yes we have D. A. R. E.!!! :DI will miss it over the summer.

My favorite thing about D. A. R. E is how we all can just talk about what harms us and sometimes whats good. We still learn stuff but its more of a way relaxed learning. Its also really fun because Deputy Thomas always makes these jokes or he will relate one of his police stories to what we are talking about. Then we get to hear a police story.
The thing I learned about D. A. R. E. is what the words stand for. D is for drug, A is for abuse, R is for resistance, E is for education. Also when you are in situation where you have to make a choice there is another meaning. D is for define, to figure out what the problem is. A is for access, which is to look at your choices closely. R is for recess, which means to pick what you want to do. Then E is for evaluate, which means to go back over it and see if you made the right choice.
The thing I will always remember about D. A. R. E. is to follow the second meaning of D. A. R. E. when I have to make a big choice. That procedure makes me stop and think before I just randomly pick a choice. It makes me actually look at my choices and see which one is the best. If I do that then most likely my choice will at least be a good choice maybe not the best but good. Also I know I'm going to make some mistakes so there is no way that I'm always gong to pick the best choice.

The thing I most enjoyed about D.A.R.E is seeing all the types of drugs and him telling us how it could hurt you. And I also enjoyed when we got to were the special glass that made you see double vision that was really cool. One thing that I have learned when attending D.A.R.E is that drugs are bad for you even if you are just drinking and smoking. I also learned that when people get drunk they tend to see double vision and that is why cops make then walk in a strait line when they get pulled over and the cop thinks they are drinking and driving. Something that I will always remember about D.A.R.E is that all drugs are bad from cigarettes to heroine and if any body gets try's to get you to do it don't because you can get addicted and that is not good at all. And I will always remember what D.A.R.E stands for. It stands for Drug Abuse Resistance Education.
I love D.A.R.E I wish we could have it more but at least we get.

Hannah asked us a few questions about D.A.R.E. The questions are -What did you enjoy most about D. A. R. E.? What's one thing that you've learned about D. A. R. E.? What's something you'll always remember about D. A. R. E.?
My favorite part about D.A.R.E is Deputy Thomas. (rofl)He's so FUNNY! For instance, yesterday we were drawing pictures of what relives our stress, and Brendan drew him playing with his dog. Well Deputy Thomas said "Hum... Climbing a mountain with a mountain goat!" I thought it was funny, but I don't think Brendan did!
One thing I learned about D.A.R.E is the name. I didn't know that D.A.R.E meant D.A.R.E is an organization that stands for Drug Abuse Resistance Education. I also learned that some candy's look like drugs to make them look more authentic like Big League Chew Bubblegum. I also learned that since the D.A.R.E program started the population of teen doing drugs and smoking and chewing have gone down a lot!
Something I'll always remember about D.A.R.E is how much fun we have. Every time we make so fun, and usually Deputy Thomas has something fun planned. Like one time he said "If you get drunk than this is how you would see." and instead of walking in a strait line he kind of turned and went the other way instead of going strait.
I really like D.A.R.E! It's fun and informative!

What did I like most about D.A.R.E.? The thing I like most about D.A.R.E. is that they are trying to teach kids about drugs and alcohol and what they can do to you so kids won't drink or do drugs. Drinking and doing drugs can ruin your life and D.A.R.E. is trying to teach kids that. One thing I've learned is that lots of people do drugs and sometimes they die. I have learned at lot about drugs and alcohol and I will never do drugs or drink.I have learned about a lot of different stuff in D.A.R.E. including what D.A.R.E. stands for, Drug Abuse Resistance Education. Something i'll always remember about D.A.R.E. is how Deputy Thomas is going to lots of different schools trying to teach kids about how bad drinking and doing drugs are and the things that can happen if you do drink or do drugs.
I really like D.A.R.E. it's really fun. I wish we could have it more than once a week. I think it's really cool how some of the D.A.R.E. people give up free time to go to schools and teach kids about drugs and all that stuff.

The thing I enjoyed most about dare is learning about how bad drugs and alcohol really are for you. That one cigarette a day for each year will make your lungs look black when they are supposed to be pink.
Something I learned about D. A R. E. is what each letter stands for. D stands for Drugs, A stands for Abuse, R stands for Resistance, and E stands for Education. I even learned that drugs and alcohol are a lot worse than they seem.
Something that I will always remember about D. A. R. E. is when we went outside for extra recess and Deputy Thomas played kick ball with the class.

D.A.R.E. is awesome. We have it every Wednesday in second period during social studies. Deputy Thomas our D.A.R.E officer comes that day and he talks to us and tells us the importance of not using drugs, tobacco, and alcohol. It is very important that none of us do. You can get hurt, injured, or death could even happen. Things like smoking can cause cancer which makes you very sick and not well. People think drugs help you and make you feel good they do the exact opposite. You should never do drugs. Drugs are a waste of time except medicine drugs that help you. I look forward to having D.A.R.E again. It gives the importance of not doing drugs or any of that.

The question is what did I enjoy about D.A.R.E. Well the thing I enjoyed was learning about how so many situwations can be hard. Like being under stress how that makes you feel. I also liked hearing about what smoking and tobacco can do to you how somethings that you smoke can damage you forever. It really opened my eyes to what happens when you smoke you chew or drink alcohol. When I'm older I don't wanna do something stupid like that. I think that it really helped me see what could happen to you how your lungs can claps from that and how theirs tar that builds up in you body. I also liked to here about the facts were like there like 400 types of chemicals in a cigaret and how chew can give you mouth cancer and things like that.
You asked what's one thing you learned about D.A.R.E? I learned all kinds of different things. Like you could get arrested from running away from home. There is all these chemical in a cigaret. I liked hearing about people smokeing pipes and people doing Heroine and Marijuana. The reason I liked hearing about it was because you could hear about what it does to people. They could be brain damaged for life and they could think nothing happened and it makes there body feel weird. Someone can say your acting weird and they would think that nothing has changed. Hearing that makes me want to stay far away from smoking joints to smoking cigarettes or doing any type of tobacco. All I have to say is I don't wanna be someone who does any of that.
You asked what's something you will always remember about D.A.R.E? I will always remember is always saying No! The reason why is because I don't want to be ruined for life I don't wanna be someone like that even if I'm under pressure and all my friends were doing it I still wouldn't change my answer. I would always say No!

I enjoyed that Deputy Thomas taught us about all kinds of drugs and what drugs could do to your heart, lungs and all other stuff. I thought it was cool that he brought the tar that inside cigarettes and what it looks like. It looks really nasty. He taught us how to walk away from people who have drugs and what kind of drugs are bad for your body and system, Like alcohol messes up your brain and the way you think and how the tar from cigarettes gets in your lungs and turns your lungs black and makes it hard to breath, and how cigarettes have stuff that gets you addicted to cigarettes and you can't stop smocking them. I thought it was cool how Deputy Thomas comes in to our school and teaches us all this stuff. It is pretty cool to learn about all that stuff.
It was also cool that we get extra recess if everyone but 3 people bring there dare shirts in. It was fun playing kickball with Deputy Thomas. I hope we have dare next year too so I could learn more things about drugs.

The most fun thing we did in D.A.R.E is the D.U.I. goggles they were weird to walk with them on it also was hard to catch a ball with them on too.One thing I learned was some of the starting drugs are Tobacco and Cigarettes then after that is hard drugs for example one of the hard drugs is marijuana.
Also I learned that if some one smoked a pack of cigarettes a day almost fells a hole bucket full of tar are D.A.R.E officer is deputy Tomas. He's been a D.A.R.E officer for 17 teen years and he's retiring in two years.I personally think hes the best D.A.R.E officer ever.

D.A.R.E is really awesome. A couple things I like about Dare is that we get to learn about what drugs cigarettes and alcohol can do to are body and we get to do really fun actives and games.
One reason I like learning about what drugs cigarettes and drinking can do to you is because maybe when my friend ask if I'll smoke I can think back and say no do you remember what Deputy Thomas taught us in dare same with drugs and alcohol.
I wish we could have dare way more because I wanna learn way more stuff about tobacco drugs and alcohol.

Once we had try to cross a little bridge with out walking off and we had goggles on were it mad it hard to see through and after you get across you have to try to catch a tennis ball it was pretty hard to do. Are dare officer name is deputy Thomas he really cool we got these really cool dare shirts and on Wednesday if every body wares the dare shirt we will get extra recess.

What did I enjoy most about D.A.R.E., Lets see I liked it when Deputy Thomas had brought in the D.U.I. goggles and had us walk across the bridge watching each other accomplish it and fail it then, seeing them catch the ball or drop the ball yea that was fun. Then I also liked the Tobacco one where we sat down and watch Deputy Thomas teach us why the products are bad and the starter products, and then he showed us Smoking Susie and her boyfriend Chewin Chuck. Finally a day or two ago we did one about stress no stress, low stress, middle stress ,and high stress then he asked us 5 questions.
Whats one thing that I've learned about D.A.R.E. well I've learned that doing drugs is bad and drinking alcohol is bad for your eyes and body. Then I also learned not to smoke or to do chewing tobacco and not to even get the starter products that would more likely not be pulling me away from that bad habit it'd be pulling me towards it. Finally I learned more about stress and how I can stop my stress and everyone can benefit from that.
Something that I'll always remember about D.A.R.E.(Drug Abuse Resistance Education) is Deputy Thomas he'd always make us laugh with his jokes. But the Most important thing I'll remember about D.A.R.E. is the consequences about doing drugs and drinking alcohol. Finally I'll remember where I learned to stay off drugs and drinking alcohol and when people ask me where I learned to stay off drugs I'll tell them D.A.R.E Drug Abuse Resistance Education at school.
