If you want to know anything about the book or you want to see the cover and you want know where you can find all of the vet volunteers series not just this but if you want to have one or borrow one just find me at lunch or recess or any where you can find me thanks. And another thing you want to see the cover of the book just go to the reading workshop and scroll down and find my name........Daisy's Fun Summer.

"What type of books do you like best?"
I love sports books, and adventure books! So far my favorite sports author is Mike Lupica! One of my favorite books from him is: "Miracle on 49th Street," (basketball book)! I also like Veronica Roth! She is the author of the "Divergent" series!! The books are "Divergent, Insurgent, and Allegiant!"
"Do I like realistic fiction, mystery, science fiction, romance, adventure, futuristic/alternative society, humor, horror, nonfiction, or some other genre?
My favorite genre is futuristic/alternative society! My favorite book from this genre is the "Divergent series!" The main characters in this book is Tris Prior, and Tobias Eaton. Divergent is kind of a war/futuristic/love book! It's adventurous and it has a lot of different surprises in it. It's futuristic because there is these things called factions and in each faction there has a different life style. this could be in the future because it hasn't happened yet!!

My favorite genre is adventure. I like adventure because books with adventure force me to keep reading. You don't want to read a book that's boring, right? The best book I've read this year is Divergent. It has action and some romance but mainly action! It has guns, people die and person gets stabbed in the eye! I love that book too! I like the adventure a lot. Its exciting! And heck NO I can't remember one part in that book that wasn't exciting and adventurous. I agree 100%!

My favorite books to read are nonfiction sports. By the author Mike Lupica. My favorite one by him is Q.B. 1. He talks about the Texas football life. He is a freshman who comes from a big family name and they all played quarter back. From a freshman to a senior. I can relate I always wanted to start out as a little kid but didn't start till I was 10 so it didn't work. That's how that happened in the book. He didn't like it but soon it all worked out good just like I hoped. Well guys that's my favorite kind of genre.

My favorite genre is fanticy because it has a lot of action and little romance. My favorite thing about fanticy books is that they have a lot of battles and mystical creatures like dragons. The only time I don't like fanticy books are when my favorite character dies which for my happens a lot but just because your favorite character died that doesn't mean that it is not a good book. Another thing I like about fanticy books is that they have elfes, dwarfs and magic users.
Fanticy books have a lot of details to keep fou on the edge of your seat. They will explain what the characters are feeling with so much detail that you will feel the same way. It's the same with the setting so while your reading you will see yourself where the charcters are so it's like you are one of the characters in the book.
One of my favorite fanticy series is the Dragonlance chronicls by Margaret Weis and Tracy Hickman. It is about eight or nine friends going on a journey with nothing they have to accomplish. Throughout their journey they fight dragonarmies, dragons and a lot more. Not all of the dragons they meet are evil though. The good and the bad dragons are told apart by color. The good dragons are silver, gold and bronze. The bad dragons are red and blue.In this book there are only two ways to kill the dragons. You can either use the dragon orb or drive the legondary dragonlance through its heart.

My favorite genre is action because action books always contain allot of suspense and wonder. Action books always have something cool in them and they don't have dull moments where nothing happens. And because they don't stray from the main story to talk about something that doesn't matter. And action books always have moments full of suspense and always have something of importance going on. They always have a good start and a good ending they also have a ton of cool parts and some where you can get confused very easily. They also have allot of cool scenes and some where you might have no idea whats going on.
I also like them because the scenes in them aren't just scenes where they talk about stuff that doesn't matter. I also like them because they're always on topic and not worried about anything that doesn't connect to the main story.

My favorite genre is Scary Mystery. I agree with Logan. Scary mystery is my favorite genre. Its my favorite genre because mystery's make me hang off the edge of my seat and makes me want to keep reading. But scary is even better. One it scares me, it adds a little creepy to the book and a hole lot more. Then when you put both of them together both in a book its amazing. If you want to read scary mystery books read Robert Liparulos books.

I like many kinds of genres like adventure, science fiction, realistic fiction But my favorite genre is adventure Like King Arthur And The Knights Of The Round Table. In chapter 19: The Siege Of Joyous Gard, King Arthur went to attack Sir Launcelot because Sir Launcelot took Queen Guinevere to his keep because she "broke" the law. Here is part of the story: Arthur's troops thought perhaps Sir Launcelot was going to surrender so they ran to the king. King Arthur hurried to ask Laucelot if he would indeed surrender.
" I would would speak to you of other things," said Sir Laucelot. "why are you assaulting this castle? Inside are many brave knights of the Round Table. Is it your honor to kill these worthy, honorable knights?"
"You forget, sir," called king Arthur, "that you have unlawfully seized my queen. Surrender her to me and we can talk further."
"Your queen is held in high honor here, safe from injury. Pledge her safety to me and I will surrender her to you."
"am I to make a treaty for the return of my wife? asked Arthur disdainfully.
Sir Gawaine also spoke. " Sir, you forgotten you killed two of my brother and to of my sons. There will never be peace between us!"
Christian Hatred," called Sir Laucelot and turned away.
If you want to read this book get it from the bookroom.

I like fiction "horror" books like Goosebumps, because the Goosebumps books always end in a funny twist! Plus, Goosebumps books always start out really peaceful. Then later the main character discovers a secret, or gets ticked off by someone and Bam! there's a monster, or something gets really scary!

My favorite kind of genre is fiction. I love the mystery kind of fiction books they get me so pomed up. When I'm reading a mystery book I can't put it down until it gets to an okay part and that's good that they put okay parts in there or I would never see the sun again or at least until I finish all mystery books in the world!
My favorite series is Nancy's Mystery's by Carolyn Keene. There such good books they get you off your seat and jumping up and down to get everyone to read them they're that good!
Right now I'm reading Mystery Of The Glowing Eye. The cover is awesome looking too! At first I thought, "what is this going to be about, it looks strange but I just started this book about two days ago". I started the book on Tuesday, and now I am already on page 108! That might not be much for the people who read so much like a 100 pages a day but someone like me it's a that's a lot cause I use to not like reading but now look how much I've read.
Now you no why I love these type of books if you love these type of books I sugest the Nancy's Mystery.

This passage is going to be about my favorite genre and why it is my favorite. And some examples of my favorite genre. Enjoy!!!
What is my favorite genre ? It's hard to choose. If I had to choose it would be Realistic Fiction because it's just like real life and it shows you what can happen or what's is happening in life.
A book within the genre is Almost Home by Joan Bauer it's a book about a girl that becomes homeless because of her fathers gambling problems and how she has to go to a foster home and her mother has to go a shelter.
There is also a book within the genre called The Running Dream by Wendelvin Van Draanen it's a book about a girl that gets in a car accident and loses her leg and has a slow recovery in the hospital. The girl Jessica once she was a star at track and she missed running so her school decided to raise money to get her a running leg. So she can go back to track.
Books like Almost Home and The Running Dream affected my choice by I want to know what to do if I was in that position or what I could do if anything of the sort happened to me.
So that's my post on my favorite genre. Thanks for reading!
